Christmas Day Lunch – £58 Adults and £28 Children Under 12

With a visit from Father Christmas bringing presents for all our guests, our renowned Christmas Day Lunch sells out every year.  A family disco after your lunch to work off those calories rounds off the afternoon.

The price for this year’s Christmas Day Lunch is £58.00 per adult and £28.00 per child, eating from our children’s menu.  Children under 12 months are classed as infants and highchairs/booster seats are provided free of charge, subject to availability but a meal is not included.

To make a booking for Christmas Day Lunch a non refundable deposit of £20 per adult and £10 per child is required within 2 weeks of provisional booking.  Full payment of accounts must be settled no later than the 31st October.  Bookings made after the 31st October will require full payment at the time of booking.

Christmas Day running order:

12.00pm  - guests arrive into the hotel bar for pre lunch drinks

12.30pm  – take your seats for lunch

1.00pm    – lunch is served

2.30pm    – Father Christmas arrives at the hotel with presents for every guest!

3.00pm    – we end our festive lunch with our great family party and our DJ playing some our favourite party songs…

Timings are approximate and depend on any reindeer hold ups along the way and lunch normally ends around 3.30/4pm.

Terms And Conditions

Children are classed as infants up to the age of 12 months.  We will supply a highchair free of charge for infants under 12 months, subject to availability, but no food is included.

A non refundable/non transferable deposit of £10.00 per adult and £5.00 per child must be paid within 2 weeks of booking.  Unfortunately, bookings not confirmed with the relevant deposit by this time will be automatically released without further notice.  Please note that all payments are non refundable/transferable.  Should any of your party cancel we cannot transfer their deposit to the outstanding balance.

Final balance of payment including any pre ordered wine and menu choices must be received no later than the 11th December 2015.  If balance of payment is not received by this date we reserve to right to cancel your table without refund of deposits.  Payments must be made by one person and cheques can only be accepted if received at least 21days before the event – customers name, address, telephone number and card guarantee number should be written on the back of each cheque.
