Every stay at the hotel (Sunday to Friday), is rewarded with a stamp. Ten stamps can be exchanged for either one nights bed & breakfast or the equivalent value of the room rate for the 11th night as a credit note to spend in the bar or restaurant. Terms & Conditions apply.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Only one Loyalty Card per room
2. The Loyalty Card must be stamped on the day of the stay. Under no circumstances will stamps be back dated
3. Stamps will not be issued on special promotional nights
4. Only applies to stays between Sunday and Friday
5. The free night must be taken between Sunday and Friday (subject to availability)
6. The free night cannot be used on special promotional nights
7. You will not receive a stamp on the night you redeem your loyalty card
8. The credit must be used on the day of the 11th stay
9. The credit can only be used between Sunday and Friday
10. No cash refunds can be given if the credit is not used in full
11. The Loyalty Card cannot be transferred to another name
12. Stamps cannot be transferred between Loyalty Cards
13. If you lose your Loyalty Card, another card will be provided, but any existing stamps will not be credited
14. The Loyalty Card remains the property of the King Charles Hotel at all times
15. The King Charles Hotel has the right to withdraw the Loyalty Card scheme at any time without notice
