The King Charles Hotel Loyalty Card
DOUBLE POINTS IN JANUARY & FEBRUARY
We are pleased to announce that our Loyalty card has been extended into 2011.
Every time you stay at the hotel (Sunday to Thursday), you will receive a stamp on your card. Once you have got 10 stamps you will receive either:
1 Night Free
or
The equivalent value of the room rate for the 11th night as a credit note to spend in the Bar or Restaurant.

Only one Loyalty Card per room
The Loyalty Card must be stamped on the day of the stay. Under no circumstances will stamps be back dated
Stamps will not be issued on special promotional nights
Only applies to stays between Sunday and Thursday
The free night must be taken between Sunday and Thursday (Subject to availability)
The free night cannot be used on a special promotional nights
You will not receive a stamp on the night you redeem your loyalty card
The credit must be used on the day of the 11th stay
The credit can only be used between Sunday and Thursday
No cash refunds can be given if the credit is not used in full
The Loyalty Card cannot be transferred to another name
Stamps cannot be transferred between Loyalty Cards
If you loose your Loyalty Card, another card will be provided, but any existing stamps on the lost Loyalty Card will not be replaced
The Loyalty Card remains the property of the King Charles Hotel at all times
The King Charles Hotel has the right to withdraw the Loyalty Card scheme at any time without notice
